Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
Items Not Eligible for Return

- Customized or personalized items.
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective).
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund request will be processed.
- Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders may be transferred through bank account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by Hoopoe Shopping.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.
