Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund request will be processed.
  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders may be transferred through bank account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by Hoopoe Shopping.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.
